The angelCare monitoring service delivers realtime status of every device connected to an angelPOS POS terminal and communicates this status to the service provider. Therefore, if customers have any hardware problem, the service provider can recognize the issue and provide remote service through angelCare, or if on-site service is required, be prepared before visiting the customer’s location. The angelCare service also provides performance reports on each terminal as well as providing a record keeping function with the maintenance history of all terminals.
